The remarkable achievement of the Mining Engineering students from the Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta was once again showcased at the prestigious IDN Times Student Debate League. In the competition held to celebrate the Decade of IDN Times, the team consisting of Muhammad Andi Jabbar, Sofathunida, and Talitha Hasna Fauzi secured third place. The debate theme, "Global Warming is Changing Gen Z's Lifestyle," challenged participants to present critical views and arguments about the impact of climate change on Generation Z's lifestyle.

With thorough preparation and solid teamwork, these three Mining Engineering students were able to overcome various debate challenges. In each session, they demonstrated a deep understanding of the issue of global warming and its extensive impact on daily life, especially for the younger generation. Strong arguments and sharp analysis were key to their success in winning the judges' favor and securing third place in the competition.

This achievement not only brought honor to UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta but also proved that mining engineering students can excel and compete in fields different from their discipline.
