Tracer Study of the Information Systems Study Program 2023
Here are the results of the tracer study survey from the Information Systems Study Program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, serving as a snapshot of alumni success from 2018 to 2023, which provides valuable insights into their post-graduation success.
Time Spent Searching for Information: More than three-quarters of alumni, 77.9%, had already searched for career information less than 6 months before graduating. Only a small fraction chose not to search for a job immediately after graduation.
Waiting Time to Obtain the First Job: The majority of alumni, 84.7%, successfully secured their first job within less than 6 months after graduation. This indicates a high level of readiness and competitiveness among Information Systems graduates in the job market.
Income Range: The majority of alumni, 74.8%, were able to obtain an income higher than the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR). This demonstrates the added value and relevance of their study program in the professional world.
Current Workplace: The majority of alumni work in private companies, with a percentage of 74.2%. This shows the wide range of opportunities available in the private sector for Information Systems graduates.
Type of Company/Agency/Institution: The majority of alumni work in private companies, indicating a tendency to pursue careers in the private sector as the main choice.
Current Field of Work: The majority of alumni work as developers, followed by data and quality assurance, and UI/UX. This indicates the graduates' tendency to be involved in the development and management of information technology.
Relevance of Study Program to Field of Work: The majority of alumni feel a close correlation between their study program and their field of work, either very close or close. This indicates that the Information Systems Study Program curriculum at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has successfully prepared alumni well for the industry.
Thus, the Information Systems Study Program tracer study provides a clear picture of alumni success and the relevance of their study program in the professional world.
🔬 Laboratorium
The Integrated Laboratory Center (PLT) is the Faculty of Science and Technology's laboratory used for various practicum activities and research by students and lecturers. Various types of equipment are available that greatly support practicum and research. With the sufficiently complete equipment in this teaching laboratory, every student can utilize the equipment facilities while the practicum is conducted. The laboratory has a very spacious area, housed in a six-story building, making students very comfortable when participating in practicums. Furthermore, various types of safety equipment are available, ensuring that students conducting practicums in the Laboratory feel safe and comfortable.
📚 Perpustakaan (Library)
The Library is the heart of the university, functioning to support the movement and academic dynamism of the higher education institution. The library is tasked with providing, managing, and distributing information for education, research, and community service purposes.

Central Library
The UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Central Library implements an Open Access service system, where every visitor can directly access the collections available in the Library. With this system, users are expected to be able to search for information (Browsing) and search for collections freely and fully according to their needs.
Faculty Library
The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) Library as a learning center continues to develop both in quality and quantity in order to provide excellent services. To date, the library holds more than 6,697 titles of printed and electronic collections, consisting of e-books, journals, theses, and others.
Online Library
Provides a digital library that can be accessed via the internet.
