The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta proudly announces that its Biology Study Program has officially earned an Excellent (Unggul) accreditation rating from LAMSAMA, as stated in Decision Number 229/SK/LAMSAMA/Akred/S/XI/2025, issued on November 6, 2025, and valid until June 4, 2030.

This prestigious achievement reflects the program’s fulfillment of the highest national standards in natural sciences and formal sciences education. LAMSAMA—an independent accreditation body periodically evaluated by BAN-PT—granted the Excellent rating after an extensive assessment of curriculum quality, governance, faculty qualifications, research productivity, publication output, collaboration networks, and graduate competencies.

The accreditation reaffirms the Biology Program’s position as a leading hub for scientific development and research innovation. Supported by advanced laboratory facilities, strong research culture, and active national–international collaboration, the program continues to establish its reputation as one of Indonesia’s top academic references in the biological sciences.

This milestone further strengthens the program’s commitment to producing globally competitive graduates equipped with strong scientific expertise and the ethical foundation to contribute to the future of biosciences.
