To strengthen team synergy and enhance the quality of administrative services, the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta organized a Capacity Building program for Administrative Staff (Tendik). The event was held over two days, from February 6th to 7th, 2026, at Intragama Villa, Bogor, West Java.

The program involved all educational and administrative staff within the FST UIN Jakarta environment. The core objectives of this capacity-building initiative included soft skills development, team-building reinforcement, and aligning visions to provide top-tier service excellence for students and the entire academic community. Through various discussion sessions and group simulations, participants were encouraged to become more adaptive and innovative in navigating administrative challenges in the digital era.

The refreshing atmosphere of Bogor provided an ideal setting for the reflective and educational activities. By conducting this program, FST UIN Jakarta aims to reinvigorate its administrative staff with renewed spirit, stronger integrity, and heightened solidarity, all essential to supporting the faculty's vision of becoming a leading international institution in science and technology.
