Bridging Theory and Practical Experience: Mining Engineering Students of FST UIN Jakarta Conduct Industrial Visit to PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk
Emphasizing the principle that "Learning does not only take place inside the classroom, but also through real-world experience in the field," the Mining Engineering Study Program at the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, successfully conducted an industrial visit to PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk Narogong Plant on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. This educational program was specially designed to offer students hands-on learning exposure to the operational workflows of large-scale mining and manufacturing industries. The itinerary featured technical presentations by plant management, interactive field observations of the production processes, and in-depth discussion sessions with seasoned industry practitioners.
Through this initiative, students are expected to effectively bridge academic theories learned in lectures with practical implementations in the professional world.
