Concrete Steps Taken by FST UIN Jakarta to Build Sustainable Research Collaboration with UIN A.M. Sangadji Ambon
The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta continues to demonstrate its concrete commitment to broadening collaboration networks in order to enhance the quality of education, research, and community service. This strategic milestone was officially marked by the Signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between FST UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and the Faculty of Communication, Data Science, and Informatics (FKDSI) at Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) A.M. Sangadji Ambon. This pivotal agenda, which signifies a new chapter of synergy between these state Islamic universities, was solemnized on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Through this agreement, both institutions are fully dedicated to supporting mutual academic development, particularly in addressing the rapid advancement of information technology and the integration of scientific disciplines in Indonesia.
This cross-island partnership is comprehensively designed to unlock vast opportunities for both faculties to implement innovative programs, including joint research collaborations, lecturer and student exchanges, and co-hosting scientific seminars. The primary focus of this alliance is directed toward strengthening expertise in data science and informatics, which is highly expected to generate impactful technological breakthroughs for the broader community.
