The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta successfully held an introductory workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Education on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. Hosted at the FST Theater Room, 2nd Floor, the event featured international guest speaker Assistant Professor Chi-Ruei Tsai from the Department of Technology Application and Human Resource Development at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU).

During the session, Prof. Tsai delivered a compelling presentation titled "A New Era of Gamified Instruction for Lowering the Barriers to AI-Pack". Addressing an audience of professors and teachers, he highlighted how gamified instruction can effectively lower technical barriers to AI adoption in the classroom. This workshop underscores FST UIN Jakarta’s commitment to empowering educators with cutting-edge tools to lead an inclusive and interactive era of digital instruction.
