The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta organized a Religious Moderation event on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at the Theater Hall, 2nd Floor, FST Building. Under the theme "Creating an Inclusive and Peaceful Campus Life," the event featured Dr. Hj. Lathifatul Hasanah, MA., MHSE, as the keynote speaker. The program involved representatives from SEMA, DEMA, eight student associations, and administrative staff, aiming to enhance understanding of religious moderation, national insight, and inclusive perspectives within the campus environment.

Using interactive approaches, participants explored topics such as the Iceberg Analysis, U Process, and strengthening the identity of students as agents of religious moderation. With over 70% of the target audience participating and post-event surveys showing increased comprehension, the event was deemed a success. FST plans to incorporate this program into its annual agenda, aspiring to nurture students as agents of change who promote harmony and peace both on campus and in society at large.
