FST UIN Jakarta Shares Insights on MBKM with FST UIN Jambi and Signs Collaboration Agreement
The Informatics Engineering Program at FST UIN Jakarta recently held a sharing session on the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, which includes initiatives such as Merpati Kemenag and Bangkit, in collaboration with FST UIN Jambi. During the session, the conversion process of MBKM activities into the academic curriculum at UIN Jakarta was explained, allowing students to receive academic credit for activities conducted outside the campus. This discussion provided valuable insights for both institutions in optimizing the implementation of the MBKM program.
The event continued with the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) for the Tridharma of Higher Education between FST UIN Jakarta and FST UIN Jambi. This agreement aims to enhance and strengthen institutional relations between the parties involved in fulfilling their respective functions, particularly in education, research, and community service. Additionally, the PKS includes the development of educational facilities and infrastructure, as well as the cultivation of student interests and talents, which are expected to significantly contribute to the advancement of science and technology for the benefit of society, the nation, and the country. Through this collaboration, both institutions hope to create a more innovative and sustainable educational ecosystem.
