FST UIN Jakarta Showcases Leading Innovations at Inovasi Invensi EXPO 2025 South Tangerang
The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta, participated in the Inovasi Invensi EXPO 2025, organized by the South Tangerang City Government through Bappelitbangda, held on 12 December 2025 at Teras Kota BSD. The event served as a collaborative platform to showcase innovations, strengthen networks, and inspire society toward a technology-driven and sustainable future.
At the expo, FST UIN Jakarta presented a range of flagship innovations developed through academic research. Among them was ecoCluster, an affordable and energy-efficient mini computing cluster based on Single Board Computers, designed to support inclusive Big Data and AI education, including in underdeveloped regions, through a Big Data as a Service model.
FST also showcased a scholarly contribution in the form of a research methodology book by Prof. Dr. Maman, introducing the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach for planning and evaluating development and agricultural extension programs. Environmentally friendly innovations were highlighted through ecoenzyme-based personal care and cleaning products, including shampoo, laundry soap, and body wash made from fermented pineapple enzymes.
Another featured innovation was Agrichems Honey, a premium honey product resulting from rigorous biochemical research led by Prof. Dr. La Ode Sumarlin, M.Si., emphasizing quality, health benefits, halal assurance, and sustainability. Additionally, Momomukies, nutritious cookies made from natural ingredients for vulnerable groups, and Simulingo, a smart digital ecosystem for sustainable environmental governance integrating big data and circular economy principles, were also presented.
Completing the lineup was Nativpro Portal, a web-based language service registration system supporting digital transformation and administrative efficiency. FST UIN Jakarta’s participation in the Inovasi Invensi EXPO 2025 reflects its strong commitment to research commercialization, cross-sector collaboration, and impactful contributions to sustainable development through science and technology.
