On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta paid an official visit to Indonesia’s National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). The meeting focused on finalizing a joint research framework entitled Network Modeling of Multi-Omics Analysis for Breast Cancer Immunotherapy Using Deep Learning.

Beyond the core research, the collaboration also involves FST students through field studies, MBKM internships, and thesis supervision in bioinformatics and immunotherapy. The partnership is expected to produce scientific publications, intellectual property rights, and an application powered by Graph Neural Networks (GNN) to visualize breast cancer patient gene profiles, enabling more precise and personalized immunotherapy recommendations.
