In a continuous effort to foster a healthy, balanced, and vibrant campus environment, the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, officially inaugurated its new sports facility, the Saintek Sport Hub, on Friday, October 16, 2026. Strategically located at the 7th Floor Lobby of the FST Building, the wellness facility was officially launched by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs of UIN Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Tholabi, S.Ag., S.H., M.H., M.A., alongside the Dean of FST UIN Jakarta. The establishment of this modern recreational space reflects the commitment of university and faculty leadership to upgrading non-academic student services and supporting dynamic campus life.

The launch of the Saintek Sport Hub is envisioned as a central hub for physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, and positive social interaction among students, faculty members, and administrative staff amidst their daily academic routines. During the opening remarks, leadership highlighted that delivering accessible and comfortable sports amenities directly within faculty premises plays a vital role in building a holistic educational ecosystem. By transforming the 7th-floor lobby into an active sports space, FST UIN Jakarta continues to innovate in modernizing campus infrastructure to promote physical health, mental well-being, and community solidarity across the faculty.
