On August 8, 2024, an important discussion between the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) and UIN Jakarta Career Center regarding the integration of alumni database and tracer study was held. The discussion aimed to improve the integrated access between the FST and Career Center websites, harmonize the tracer study question template, and ensure alumni fill out the tracer study form when legalizing. In addition, the topics discussed included creating a database of outstanding alumni to be used as speakers at the graduation ceremony, as well as arranging alumni meetings organized by the Career Center.

During the meeting, it was also discussed about the scheduling and implementation of the annual report and data release which is different from the implementation of the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) and accreditation. Another important discussion was about the database managed by the Career Center which includes per graduation class and also per semester or year. Finally, the discussion also touched on how FST can share their alumni database with UIN Jakarta Career Center to improve coordination and efficiency in services to alumni.
