Public Lecture “Social Impact Entrepreneurship”: Entrepreneur 5.0 as the Key to Golden Indonesia 2045
On October 1, 2024, the Faculty of Science and Technology held a public lecture on entrepreneurship titled "Social Impact Entrepreneurship" at the FST Theater, 2nd Floor. The event featured Isaac Nugraha M, CEO of Maxy Academy, as the main speaker. In his presentation, Isaac introduced the concept of Entrepreneur Society 5.0, which he believes is highly relevant in supporting the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045. He explained that the essence of an entrepreneur lies in problem-solving, and the biggest challenge entrepreneurs face today is how to integrate four key elements into their business: profit, digitalization, social impact, and long-term purpose. According to Isaac, the combination of these four elements is the key to business success, not only focusing on personal profit but also contributing positively to society and the environment in this digital era.
Following Isaac's presentation, the event continued with a session by Teddy Hartono Tanuwidjaja, Director of Transformational Business Network (TBN) Indonesia. Teddy discussed the theme "Collaboration for a Sustainable Future," emphasizing the importance of collaboration among various stakeholders to create a sustainable future. One form of collaboration he highlighted was the partnership between investors and mentors in supporting and guiding the next generation of young sociopreneurs. According to him, such collaboration is crucial to ensuring that young sociopreneurs can develop businesses with social impact while creating innovative solutions to various social issues in Indonesia. Teddy also encouraged the audience to see collaboration not only as a means of growing businesses but as an integral part of efforts to bring about significant social change.
