Studium Generale of the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, State Islamic University of Jakarta: Beware of Illegal Investments & Promote Financial Literacy with the Financial Services Authority (OJK)
Jakarta, July 4, 2025 — The Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, held a Studium Generale themed "Beware of Illegal Investments, Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector, the National Financial Intelligence Movement (GENCARKAN), and the OJK Mobilizing Indonesian Financial Literacy Ambassadors (OJK PEDULI)" on Friday, July 4, 2025, from 8:00–11:00 a.m. WIB in the Theater Room, 2nd Floor of the FST.
The event opened with a prayer and remarks from the Head of the Agribusiness Study Program, Rizki Adi Puspita Sari, S.P., M.M., and remarks from the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation of the FST, Dr. Khodijah Hulliyah, M.Sc., Ph.D.
This Studium Generale is a collaboration between the Agribusiness Study Program and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to strengthen financial literacy among the academic community, particularly students from the 2022 and 2023 intakes and Agribusiness lecturers.

- Rija Fathul Bari, Assistant Director of the Banten Province OJK Office
- Chandra Shadiq Faritzi, Assistant Director of the Financial Literacy & Education Directorate
- Ahmad Faisal, Senior Assistant Manager of the Financial Literacy and Education Directorat
- The discussion was moderated by Dewi Rohma Wati.
Topics discussed in this activity included:
- Signs and impacts of illegal investments, along with the role of OJK regulations in protecting consumers in the financial services sector;
- The National Financial Intelligence Movement (GENCARKAN) initiative and targets to expand financial inclusion;
- OJK's strategy through the Indonesian Financial Literacy Ambassador (OJK PEDULI) program as a driving force for financial education in the community;
- and current issues in digital investment among students and the younger generation.
Through this program, the Agribusiness Study Program addresses the challenges of the times by equipping students not only academically but also with financial management skills, investment legal awareness, and consumer protection, which are essential in the modern agribusiness era. It is hoped that graduates from this forum will become agents of change capable of making intelligent, responsible, and impactful financial decisions.
