The Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, in collaboration with the Indonesian Cancer Foundation, held a public awareness event titled “Early Detection and Cancer Prevention: Healthy Living to Avoid Breast, Cervical, and Prostate Cancer”. This event took place on Friday, July 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Main Meeting Room, 2nd Floor of the Faculty. The session aimed to raise awareness among the academic community about the importance of early detection and adopting a healthy lifestyle to prevent cancer—one of the leading causes of death in Indonesia.

Featuring expert speakers from the Indonesian Cancer Foundation, the session provided essential education, debunked common cancer myths, and encouraged regular health screenings. Through this initiative, FST UIN Jakarta reaffirmed its commitment to supporting community health and contributing to the national movement in reducing cancer rates through preventive education and awareness.
