The Human Resources Team of the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, successfully organized a Socialization and Identification Session for Functional Rank Promotion Preparation, specifically tailored for Associate Professor (Lektor Kepala) and Full Professor (Guru Besar) candidate tracks. The strategic event took place on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 13:00 to 15:30 WIB in the Main Meeting Room, 2nd Floor of FST UIN Jakarta. Designed to support faculty members aiming for top-tier academic ranks, the session focused on mapping academic potential, detailing credit point (KUM) fulfillment strategies, and preparing essential supporting documentation to streamline the promotion application process.

The event featured two expert speakers: Rumi Kamal, S.Kom., M.M.S.I. from the UIN Jakarta Central HR Team, and Prof. Dr. La Ode Sumarlin, M.Si. Rumi Kamal provided clear technical insights into administrative guidelines, verification criteria, and promotion system workflows. Meanwhile, Prof. La Ode Sumarlin shared his practical experience, valuable strategies, and key milestones in fulfilling the Tri Dharma academic requirements necessary to attain Associate and Full Professorships.
