At the Asian Science Deans Forum that took place in Manila, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and Mapua University Philippines was conducted. The Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology of UIN Jakarta, Husni Teja Sukmana, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., signed the MoU together with Dr. Dodjie S. Maestrecampo, President and CEO of Mapua University. This signing marks the beginning of strategic cooperation between the two institutions in supporting the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.

This collaboration will focus on the development of International Programs that include double degrees and Sandwich programs with universities in Southeast Asia. These programs are expected to provide valuable international academic experience for participants and encourage cross-country collaboration.

This collaboration is an important step in expanding the academic network and enhancing the institution's global competitiveness in realizing a shared vision for better higher education.
