In 2023, Thailand successfully hosted the 11th International Conference on Cyber & IT Service Management (CITSM), creating a global platform for the exchange of ideas and problem solving in the field of technological innovation, by attracting researchers, students, and professionals in the discussion of cyber security, latest technologies, and risk management strategies.

There were about 146 papers presented in 10 specialized panels and parallel sessions by researchers. The keynote speakers were Prof. Worawat Sa-ngiamvibool, Ph.D, Mahasarakham University, Thailand with the title: What is Optimization? and Prof. Dr. Syopiansyah Jaya Putra, M.Si, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, Indonesia with the title: Digital Government Transformation.

Informal sessions, such as banquets and technology exhibitions, provided opportunities for participants to interact on a more personal level and develop relationships that could have a positive impact in the future.
