IAIN TO UIN CONVERSION PROCESS
To further strengthen the conversion of IAIN to UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta since the 2000/2001 academic year, the UIN Conversion Program was formed which organizes the Informatics Engineering Study Program (Prodi) and Agribusiness Study Program in collaboration with the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) and the Agency for the Study and Application of Technology (BPPT) and Management and Accounting Study Program
2001-2002
CHANGE OF IAIN TO UIN
Based on RI Presidential Decree No. 31 of 2002 concerning the change of IAIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta to UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The inauguration was carried out by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Hamzah Haz, on June 8 2002. As a form of knowledge integration, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta determined the names of the faculties, one of which was the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST).
2016
It has 9 Study Programs (Prodi), namely: Informatics Engineering Study Program, Agribusiness Study Program, Information Systems Study Program, Mathematics Study Program, Physics Study Program, Chemistry Study Program, Biology Study Program, based on RI Presidential Decree No. 31 of 2002 and underwent changes in 2006, and the Master of Agribusiness was established in 2010 and the Mining Engineering Study Program based on Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Decree Number 195/KPT/2016
