The Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held the official inauguration of its student organizations on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at the 2nd Floor Theater of FST. The event was officiated by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Collaboration, Khodijah Hulliyah, M.Si., Ph.D., and marked the induction of new board members of SEMA, DEMA, and departmental student associations. This inauguration symbolizes a fresh chapter in student leadership and service, filled with purpose and potential.

In her remarks, the Vice Dean emphasized that leadership is both a privilege and a sacred responsibility. She encouraged all student leaders to maintain unity, uphold ethics, and foster collaboration across organizations. Programs should align with the faculty’s mission of integrating Islamic values, scientific excellence, and Indonesian identity. Ultimately, student leadership is expected to be a platform for growth, learning, and delivering real contributions to both campus and society.
