The Physics Study Program of the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has successfully completed the accreditation visitation by the Independent Accreditation Agency for Natural and Formal Sciences (LAMSAMA) on May 5–6, 2025. This visitation served as a comprehensive assessment of academic quality, governance, curriculum, human resources, and supporting infrastructure. Over the course of two days, the assessors conducted document reviews and interviews with university and faculty leadership, lecturers, students, alumni, and industry partners.

The visitation proceeded smoothly and effectively, thanks to thorough preparation and the solid support of the entire academic community. The assessors, Dr. Ir. Adi Rahwanto, M.Eng.Sc., and Prof. Dr. Masturi, M.Si., commended the program’s achievements, collaborative atmosphere, and commitment to academic excellence. It is hoped that this process will lead to excellent accreditation results and mark a significant step forward in the Physics Program’s efforts to elevate its academic standing both nationally and internationally.
