On Tuesday, November 21, 2023, the Faculty of Science and Technology held an event titled "Research Roadmap to Build Independence Based on Productivity and Service Automation". The event featured two main speakers, Dr. Deni Shidqi Khaerudini, a Principal Expert Researcher from BRIN (National Research and Innovation Agency), and Prof. Zainal Hasibuan, who gave his perspective on downstream policies in information technology.

Dr. Deni Shidqi Khaerudini presented the research roadmap focusing on downstream and best practices. He outlined critical steps in building independence by utilizing productivity and automation in services at the Faculty of Science and Technology.

Meanwhile, Prof. Zainal Hasibuan discussed downstream policies, especially in information technology. His presentation opened up insights regarding efforts to develop the information technology sector independently, explore the best potential, and implement best practices.

The event not only provided in-depth views from two experienced experts but also provided a platform for lecturers to understand the role of downstream and best practices in the context of research and services at the Faculty of Science and Technology.
